#19 – Joyful Confusion

Whether you like it or not, we are bound by one another. Emanating from the same source, as the tree emerges from a single seed, we are just a leaf of a bigger design. I’ve spent 3-4 years in solitude trying to answer the following questions:

Why am I here?
Who am I?
What is love?
What is work?
What is a family?

I asked many questions and found nothing. No grand finale, no angels, no single source of an all-knowing truth.

I have started to die at the moment of conception. Because this is clear, because the knowledge of tomorrow is slowly fading, I can cease to exist with time and invite this moment that we all share.

At this moment, I see you, like me. Your pain is mine. My triumph as yours. We are on this giant rock, to which the universe views the earth as one of infinity grains of sand, in a grain of sand.

In my search, love is the only thing that matters, and even that, I am sure of little.

With Love,

Anand Swamy
