I don’t feel like working out most days.
But I still do.
I never regretted a workout.
There’s a lot of things in my daily life that I don’t want to do sometimes, but I know they are needed.
I do them anyway.
Taking action is how we change the way we feel.
There is no substitute.
Despite the voice in our head trying fervently to steer our feelings, we must opt for the wheel and grip it with our own hands so we can navigate the sea of life, which will undoubtedly lead to results.
